We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Tools Administrator to manage and support our Jira and Confluence environments. This key role will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and continuous improvement of these platforms to support project management, software development, and enterprise collaboration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade Jira and Confluence instances to meet organizational needs.
- Automate Jira workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create, modify, and manage Jira projects, including custom fields, permissions, screens, and schemes.
- Support and configure a wide range of Jira and Confluence plugins to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that support various teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
- Must be able to work in Riverdale, Maryland 4x a week.
- Has some systems administration experience
- Proven expertise in:
- Jira project configuration and customization
- Confluence space management and permissions
- Workflow automation and optimization
- Plugin management and troubleshooting
- Jira project configuration and customization
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Jira BigPicture plugin for portfolio and program management.
- Ability to aggregate Jira and Confluence data into live, interactive dashboards for executive and operational reporting.
- Experience integrating Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems using webhooks, APIs, or other integration methods.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
